What is an escape room?
Escape rooms, or escape games as they are also called, are a fun activity where you are given a brief mission, are locked in a room and have a limited time to solve the mission and get out again. You play in teams of 2-6 people. Perfect for friends, families and companies!
This is how the games work:
After a short introduction, the teams are given their missions by their respective Game Masters.
The teams then have 60 minutes inside the room to complete the mission and get out again. You do this by finding clues and solving different types of challenges that ultimately solve the mission. Curiosity, cooperation and communication are powerful tools in this challenge.
Please note that we only close the doors behind you. We do not lock anyone in and you can always get out the same way you entered the room!
We have three completely unique rooms that are built with both love and finesse!
As you can hear from our name, Escape Stories, stories are important to us and our goal is for teams to step into another reality for a while.
To further enhance the feeling, we have our fantastic Game Masters! They lead the games in character and know exactly when and how to guide the teams for the best experience. Everyone speaks both English and Swedish.
The rooms have different themes but have been fine-tuned to maintain the same level of difficulty.
If you haven’t tried an Escape Room before, we just have one warning – it’s a little addictive!
The games can be led for 1-3 teams with up to 6 people per team at the same time.
The teams have different missions but with the same level of difficulty.
All our games have English as the basic language but can also be led in Swedish.
What is an outdoor game?
There are several types of outdoor games. Most are based on an app and have no physical game material and no game master involved. However, The Da Vinci Quest is more like an Escape Room than that. Here you move around the Old Town of Stockholm to solve different types of challenges, figure out the correct locations and finally complete the mission.
We always have Game masters on site to both lead the game and be available if any team needs a little guidance. Our outdoor game is as close to an Escape Room as you get outdoors!
This is how the game works:
Each team receives a bag with game material (nothing heavy!)
After a short introduction, the teams receive their missions from the Game master.
The teams then have 90 minutes to complete that mission. You do this by searching through the game material and figuring out where to go. At each location you solve the location’s challenge, together with the game material, to move forward in the game.
The game is always outdoors. Dress according to the weather, but if there is a rainstorm at the location, we will cancel the game on site.
It is not a physical activity. In total, you walk about 1.5 – 2 km.
Groups of at least 10 people can book the game all year round. For individual teams and smaller groups we have bookable game slots from May to September.
The game can be played by up to 12 teams at the same time. Everyone has the same mission but move in different paths.
We recommend up to 6 people per team for best experience.
All our games have English as the primary language.
What is a portable game?
The Escape Box” and “the Mole” are built with the same mindset as our rooms, a story-based mission that requires collaboration and communication, but we have also added several types of challenges that require different team building skills.
We come to you with a box or case per team (up to 6 people in each team) and give you an Escape Room-like experience at your own premises or at our partner, restaurant Grill.
The only thing needed on site is one table per team.
This is how the portable game works:
Each team gets a case or box.
After a short introduction, the teams are given their missions by our game master.
The teams then have 60 minutes to complete the mission. This is done by finding clues and solving different types of challenges that ultimately solve the mission.
The games can be combined for up to 20 teams at the same time. (Each game can be led for up to 10 teams)
All our games have English as the primary language.
